Biography
Ana Guerrero is a New York State licensed acupuncturist and a diplomate of Oriental Medicine, certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She has been in practice since 2013, serving patients in the Bronx and surrounding communities.
Ana specializes in sports medicine acupuncture, with a focus on dry needling for trigger point release, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and overuse injury correction. With extensive post-graduate education in sports medicine acupuncture, her approach integrates classical Chinese medicine with contemporary orthopedic assessment to deliver targeted, effective care.
In addition to sports medicine, Ana treats a broad range of conditions including pain management, female reproductive health, gastrointestinal complaints, and post-surgical recovery. Her practice is grounded in the principle that acupuncture should be gentle, effective, and safe for every patient.
Ana completed her graduate training in acupuncture and Oriental medicine and holds advanced certifications in sports medicine acupuncture. She is committed to ongoing education and evidence-informed practice.
